Locals invited to discussion on Arran health care

Arran residents are invited to attend a public meeting about local health care.

The event, at Brodick Hall on Wednesday, February 8 at 7.30 pm will enable you to find out more about the progress being made reviewing health care on Arran.

Local GPs and other senior clinicians and managers from NHS Ayrshire & Arran will be at the meeting, taking part in a panel discussion about health care.

The panel members will include:

Dr Crawford McGuffie, Associate Medical Director

Dr David Price, Chair of Public Reference Group and Non-Executive Director of Ayrshire and Arran NHS Board

Dr Malcolm Kerr, Arran GP

Dr Greg Hamill, Arran GP

Jean Hendry Health Care Manager

Mary McGinn, Associate Nurse Director

Members of the public are also reminded that they can attend the next meeting of Ayrshire and Arran NHS Health Board on Wednesday, February 1 at 9.30am in the Common Room, Macdonald Education Centre, Ayr Hospital.
