Did someone forget to feed their panther?

Is anybody missing a cat - a really, really big black cat? One that could pass for a panther or a jaguar? Maybe answering to the name Kitty...?

A Lincolnshire tourist recently spotted such a large black cat at the top of Brodick Hill and was so sure about what he'd seen that he called the police to the scene. They searched the area but found no trace of the animal. The police did say the man was of sound mind and sober, the Arran Banner reported.

What do we think - could there be such a predator on the loose here on the island?

The man was from Lincolnshire? Probably got altitude sickness on Brodick Hill.
